Hello everybody, this is Captain Kip,
The weather in Lake Toho was extremely cold this morning, this was our first cold front of the year and it was freezing. I lived in Florida too long, I have thin blood! The wind was blowing out of the north 20 to 25 mph gusts of 35 mph.
I fished with David Brown and Mike Frost, the fishing was tough, but each customer brought in the biggest bass they ever caught. One fish weighed 7 lbs. 10 oz. and the other 6 lbs. 4 oz. We ended up catching about 17 or 18 fish 11 of them were caught in on the first hour of fishing. After that the cold weather came in and fishing became tough. Both David and Mike said that this trip was the best one they ever had, they did not mind the cold and can’t wait to come back to Florida. Good job guys, I enjoyed fishing with you.
Till next time tight lines and good fishing….
